The People's Movement of India (PMI) is the registered political party in election commission of India formed in 2007. PMI is working as the strong voice of the farmers, laborers, minorities; other backward caste's (OBC) scheduled caste (SCs), scheduled tribes (STs) and other socially economically downtrodden and deprived sections of Indian democracy. PMI locates itself in the collective aspirations of citizens and sections of society striving to carve out a society based on the premises of social justice and secularism. PMI has the impeccable faith that translation of constitutional Ideals of sovereign socialist, democratic and secular republic into reality requires enduring vigilance and struggle at grassroots label. Baba saheb Bhimrao Ambedkar, Ram Manohar Lohia, Karpuri Thakur and V.P. Singh social justice spirit remains an inspiration for the PMI in its struggle for socio-economic, educational and political upliftment of the poor. PMI is fighting against capitalist and anti social tendencies.
