Our vision »

The People's Movement of India (PMI) works on the principle of equality, social justice and secularism. Its priority is to establish and sustain internal democracy and transparency in the party. PMI has a secular and democratic outlook and believes in continuously working for the upliftment of weaker sections of society. Party stands against communal, caste polities and Mafia culture in politics. The work culture and objective of the PMI shall be to work as a revolutionary social, political and economic movement of change with a view to realize the great traditional and democratic values of our country. Today in political field in India appears a vacuum of idealistic and ethical values. It seems that the aim of all national and regional political parties is only to achieve political power by hook or by crook. Most of the political leaders and parties use dirty means to get power and position openly. Money power and muscle power has seems compulsory source to get political position. The interest of public and political leaders are absolutely different. The goal of PMI to eradicate social injustice and dual system of education. Gautam Buddha, Samrat Ashok, Sant Raidas, Kabir, Guru Nanak, Baba Saheb Bhimrao Ambedkar, Sardar Ballabh Bhai Patel's spirit is an inspiration and guiding source for the PMI. In its struggle for social upliftment of the poor, other backward caste's (OBC) scheduled caste (SCs), scheduled tribes (STs), and other socially and economically weaker sections of society. The People's Movement of India (PMI) much influenced by the contribution and dedication of late P.M. Chaudhary Charan Singh toward farmers who worked tirelessly for peasants. The PMI believes that the right of peaceful and democratic dissent is a fundamental right of the people.
